In honor of Greek Easter, we are gathering together with my spouse Janyce’s parents and sister at the Cape house for a wonky little holiday. I’m taking a break this Saturday morning for some koulourakia with my coffee. I’ve got about one leisurely hour of sunlight and birdsong before I start seasoning the dandelion greens and warming up the braised lamb for later.
Janyce is making a new cocktail called an Ouzo olive oil sour.
